On-site information collection: With respect to video surveillance on our premises is restricted to outside our office and managed by the building owners (AutoPark Stanley) and Alarm Monitoring.
Acosys also have video doorbell (Skybell) that takes images of visitors who either push or ring the front door of the office. The front door is accessible at the street level. This is managed by our security monitoring service provider (Sentinel: English — Sentinel Alarm (alarmesentinelle.com).
We use images and footage collected to ensure the safety of our employees, customers, and visitors, monitor and manage the use of our parking lots or front door, prevent and detect crimes, and investigate accidents, incidents, and claims, investigate potential breaches of Acosys policies, and to understand operational efficiencies and challenges. The inside our offices do not have cameras to maintain worker privacy and comply with security requirements of PSPC’s Industrial Security Service (ISS) Program.
Use of Information
Purpose: Collected data is used to provide and improve our services, communicate with clients, comply with legal obligations, and for marketing purposes, where applicable.
